Union Cement plant in Bates Region, Abyan Governorate starts its real production in early December 2009 with a daily production of 3,000 tons of cement. Ahmed ben Ahmed Al-Maisari, discussed during his meeting yesterday with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of union Cement plant Mohammed Ali Al-Esayi the arrangements and procedures for the process of launching the actual production of the plant during the specified period.
